This product add-on is for extending the warranty on the product you purchased.

The Extended warranty service is offered through united electrical. An australian ownded and operated business with service centres in every state and city australia wide.

Depending on what extended warranty you purchased for your product services are as follows-

ON-SITE REPAIR
One of United's service agents will go out to the customer's home or business and fix the equipment.  The system is not usually taken off site.

ON-SITE EXTRACTION
Up to 2 service agents will remove and re-fit the equipment from the home or business.  The equipment is also transported to and from the service centre free of charge. 

PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Similar to extraction, although the customer is to have the equipment ready packed in a box for a courier pick-up.  Repaired equipment will also be returned via courier.
