SERVICE TYPES
United CCPs are all on-site as standard. Due to the vast range of equipment United can cover, there are 4 main different types of on-site services provided depending on the product:
ON-SITE REPAIR
One of United's service agents will go out to the customer's home or business and fix the equipment. The system is not usually taken off site.
ON-SITE EXTRACTION
Up to 2 service agents will remove and re-fit the equipment from the home or business. The equipment is also transported to and from the service centre free of charge.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Similar to extraction, although the customer is to have the equipment ready packed in a box for a courier pick-up. Repaired equipment will also be returned via courier.
RTB EXTRACTION
Used for Car Audio where the customer drives the car to United's service agent for removal of the equipment. Then once repaired, the equipment will be re-installed into the car.
